Corporate Integrity
Equal Pay
In line with our commitment to ethics and integrity, we are continuously striving to foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment where all our employees are valued and fairly compensated, without any form of discriminatory distinction.
We hereby present the report issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment together with the Ministry of Women, regarding the company’s compensation data for the second half of 2025.
It is important to highlight that this report reflects the consolidated figures of our employees working both Onshore and Offshore. At Bram, gender equality is a fundamental principle that guides all of our human resources practices.
The maritime support sector, by the nature of its operations, is predominantly male. We are committed to changing this reality within the context of the country’s labor market. We take great pride in employing several female Officers, including four Captains. Additionally, our onshore workforce already comprises 42% women in professional and executive positions. We are continuously working to improve, ensuring that our compensation practices remain aligned with the respective labor unions of each category as well as with market standards for each role and function.
Our hiring practices make no distinction on the basis of gender, age, ethnicity, belief, or any other discriminatory factor. We are confident that such practices will continue to promote greater transparency and guide organizations toward a professional environment that is fair, diverse, inclusive, and equitable.
