Bram Offshore

Specializing in maritime support services, Bram is the largest representative company of the Edison Chouest Offshore Group in Brazil. As a market leader, it operates more than 70 technologically advanced and highly specialized vessels.

Bram’s mission is to create a safe and healthy work environment for its employees while providing integrated solutions to the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors. Safety and integrity are deeply ingrained and non-negotiable values within the company.

Brasil Port

In operation since 2016, Brasil Port is the largest and primary port facility in South America, capable of efficiently handling cargo and supplies 24 hours a day. Strategically located at Terminal 2 of Porto do Açu, in the municipality of São João da Barra, northern Rio de Janeiro state, it is close to the main pre-salt producing basins.

Operação ROV

C-Innovation

C-Innovation is a global integrated maritime services company specializing in advanced subsea solutions, including ROVs, AUVs, subsea construction, survey and positioning, spot services, and tooling.

​

The company delivers innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, project management, and subsea field development. As a member of the Edison Chouest Offshore group, C-Innovation offers integrated services supported by some of the industry’s most advanced ROV vessels. Currently, the company operates more than 25 ROVs in Brazil.

Navship

Opened in 2005, NavShip Shipyard was the Edison Chouest Group’s first facility in Brazil. Covering approximately 240,000 m², it is located on the banks of the Itajaí-Açu River in the city of Navegantes, Santa Catarina. NavShip designs some of the most innovative and modern vessels to support the Group’s maritime operations. To date, 38 vessels have been built there.

​

NavShip has delivered a total of 43 vessels, including 38 maritime support vessels such as PSVs, AHTSs, WSVs, RSVs, two floating docks, and other operational support vessels like crew transport vessels, a dredger, and a pushboat.

​

In 2024, NavShip inaugurated a branch in São João da Barra, northern Rio de Janeiro state. Strategically located adjacent to B-Port, this new facility enhances the efficiency of the Chouest Group’s operations.

GIS

Founded in 1948 in Galliano, United States, GIS began its operations in Brazil in 2025. GIS’s entry into the country not only strengthens the Group’s presence in the region but also brings a range of benefits and innovations to the Brazilian offshore market.

With over 75 years of global experience in offshore engineering, maintenance, construction, repairs, and decommissioning, GIS brings a legacy of excellence that complements and expands the Chouest Group’s capabilities in Brazil.

​

This expansion enables the Chouest Group to offer a more robust and integrated portfolio of services, enhancing its competitiveness and presence in one of the world’s most dynamic energy markets.

Caltex

Caltex Oil Tools is a solutions-driven company offering equipment rental, services, and custom engineering capabilities for the offshore industry.

​

Headquartered in Houston and boasting over 65 years of experience in deepwater, remote technologies, and intervention solutions, the company expanded to Brazil in 2025 to further strengthen the Chouest Group’s position as a global leader in integrated offshore solutions.

Equipamentos Marine Technologies

Marine
Technologies (MT)

Marine Technologies (MT) is a technology company dedicated to R&D and innovation. MT develops solutions and products to tackle common challenges faced by various types of vessels, including large specialized offshore vessels, accommodation vessels, wind farm service vessels, as well as smaller tugboats and luxury yachts.

​

MT produces and delivers DP* (Dynamic Positioning) systems certified by all major classification societies. It also develops solutions for data collection, vessel monitoring, data-driven risk assessment, condition monitoring, machine learning, and fuel and emissions management.

​

*DP stands for Dynamic Positioning, an automated system that uses a combination of technologies such as thrusters, sensors, and GPS to maintain a vessel or platform in a fixed position at sea without the use of anchors or moorings.

Tank Clean

A company specialized in tank cleaning and environmental sanitization, Tank Clean was founded in 1998 in the United States and began operations in Brazil in 2015. Operating in the Guanabara Bay and Porto do Açu regions, the company provides specialized services, skilled labor, and equipment for cleaning vessel tanks, as well as sanitizing and disinfecting environments.

Cleaning services include:

  • Gas-free procedures and confined space rescue
